Coaching

Coaching is about creating a safe space to allow you explore where you are and where you want to be, whether in your personal life, at work or both. Through deep and attentive listening our coaches will help you understand yourself, your strengths, and your challenges. One of our experienced coaches will meet with you either in person or online to agree the focus of the coaching and will adapt their practice to best meet your needs.

    Alasdair Cant is a Director of the company and has been a Coach for over twenty years working with individuals and teams from many different sectors including health, social care, education, arts and clergy.     Amrik Panaser has been described as a naturally gifted Coach with a strong professional background in social and health care for over 25 years. His coaching style encourages his clients to explore their motivation, refined their goals and embrace hurdles – especially when working with difference - be that race, gender or people with additional needs.

    Emma Pizzey is a qualified transformative coach with a background in Education and the Arts. Her affirmative and empathic coaching style empowers people to remove blocks and foster self-belief at times of transition in their lives.

    Helen Robbins is a Director of Alasdair Cant & Associates and a qualified Coach who has worked with clients from many sectors including publishing, law, sales, writers and clergy. She has a warm, supportive style to help get to the core of the matter, to focus on the future you want and how to achieve this.

    Lucas Oliver is a fully accredited counsellor and life coach with over twenty years of experience in using solution-focussed approaches. On top of his counselling qualifications, he holds an Advanced Coaching qualification through Advanced Coaching & Executive Development.

    Before launching his private counselling and life coaching practice, Lucas spent fifteen years in NHS and other statutory substance use services, and then completed five years as a counsellor and life coach in the Higher Education sector. A wealth of experience in the demanding spheres of substance and behavioural addictions has allowed Lucas to hone expert skills to facilitate behaviour change as a life coach.
