Who we are
Alasdair Cant & Associates (ACA) provides training, coaching, facilitation and professional development services across a broad spectrum of organisations.
We work in the public, commercial, and voluntary sectors from grassroots to the Boardroom.
Company History
With a background in education, Director Alasdair Cant formed the company in 1997 to develop exciting and more innovative ways to make learning come alive, be truly meaningful and highly practical.
Since then, ACA has developed a specialism around personal growth and behaviour change using Motivational Interviewing. We work in a wide range of sectors, including social care, health, criminal justice, education as well as with commercial companies, arts and charity organisations.
We have added excellent Associate trainers over the years to create a small, bespoke team who deliver consistently excellent results with impact.
